We've all been told at some point that once you put something on the internet, it never really goes away. It seems like "Jane the Virgin" actress Gina Rodriguez did not get the memo.

Rodriguez posted an Instagram story of her singing along to the classic Fugees hit "Ready or Not" and she said... well you can look at the video yourself.

People went off on Rodriguez for using the N-word. She quickly deleted the video, but as stated countless times, the internet is forever. The internet also holds no punches.

Twitter users were not going to let this slide, especially since this was not the first questionable thing Rodriguez has done. In 2017, she tweeted the following during the lead up to the "Black Panther" premier:

Marvel and DC are killing it in inclusion and women but where are the Latinos?! Asking for a friend...

— Gina Rodriguez (@HereIsGina) July 23, 2017

She also faced backlash after saying, "...white women get paid more than black women, and black women get paid more than Asian women, Asian women get paid more than Latina women and it’s like a very scary space to step into.” This is not completely true when it comes specifically to the entertainment industry.

She also interjected an eyebrow-raising comment during a joint interview with Yara Shahidi for the premier of their movie "Smallfoot."

And of course, we can't forget her response to the backlash during her "Sway in the Morning" interview earlier this year. Many people weren't hesitant to point out her lack of tears and thought she was fake hurt for the cameras.

It'll be interesting to see how her PR team tackles this one.
